Superintendent Kim Bekkedahl will retire in June 2026. The Kuna Board of Trustees is looking for the next amazing leader for our district. 

Trustees have contracted with Idaho School Boards Association (ISBA) for the search.

Here’s a timeline of activities:

• Application Deadline: January 31, 2026
• Finalists Determined: February 5, 2026
• Interviews and Community Forum: February 24, 2026
• Selection of New Superintendent:  February/March 2026
• Start Date: July 1, 2026
