KSD Employee Types

Certified Staff


 

Certified positions are contracted teachers or staff that hold a pupil personnel credential. Most of our contracted teachers are those you’ll find in the classrooms teaching our students, while others like our nurses, counselors, social workers, etc. work in other capacities supporting all students.

Education requires a lot of support outside of the classroom, and that’s where our classified employees come in! Classified positions cover almost every education support role from child nutrition and transportation, to administrative assistants and computer technicians.
