Jog A Thon
JOG-A-THON THIS FRIDAY, SEPT. 27
Nightly Challenge: “The Weekend Challenge”. Any student who gets a NEW donation of $2 per laps, which is the same as $60, over the weekend, will receive the GOLDEN EDITION SPECIAL DUDE PERFECT KEYCHAIN!

Here's how your family can make a big difference:

1. SIGN UP your student(s) on MyBooster.com today.
2. SHARE with your family/friends using the SHARE tools on MyBooster.com
3. GIVE a donation.

Tip for This Weekend
The easiest way to ask for a donation is to create a Student Star Video. Just upload a photo of your student on MyBooster.com and create a fun video starring them to share with family and friends!
As you may have already seen or heard, our annual JOG A THON is scheduled for Friday, September 27th (weather permitting).

Day of Event Info:
Come JOIN US for our JOG A THON! We invite EVERYONE (family, friends, cousins, aunts uncles, neighbors…) to come attend this school wide event. In fact, we invite you to participate with your student(s) & join in the jog! We also encourage SIGNS or any appropriate item(s) to help cheer our Miners on as they JOG for our school!

The track(s) will be OUTSIDE in the grass field behind the school, please dress your student accordingly for the weather as well as ensure they have appropriate footwear.

JOG TIMES:
K-1 9:15am-10:00am. (10 min warm up 15 min run 10 min snack)
2-3 10:00am-10:45am. (10 min warm up 15 min run 10 min snack)
4-5 10:45am-11:30am. (10 min warm up 20 min run 10 min snack)

Each classroom will be assigned a “color” to wear on the day of the jog-a-thon that represents their class. This will also help the younger students know where to have their lap counted. Please look for the sign indicating what “turn” your student(s) class will begin on in the field. Your student’s teacher will let you know what color their class.

Rebel Roast Food Truck will be available for purchase from 8:30am-11:00am. (not for student purchase).

Thank You for helping make this a successful event!

T.R.A.I.L. Tickets and School Store
Students visit the School Store every other Friday, where they can redeem T.R.A.I.L. tickets earned throughout the week for demonstrating Teamwork, Respect, Accountability, Integrity, and Leadership. They also can bring money to purchase items.

All proceeds from the store are reinvested into the School Store fund, allowing us to purchase prizes for tickets/candy and for the TRAIL assemblies held twice a year. At the assemblies, students have the chance to win exciting rewards like Wahooz passes, bikes, gift cards, and much more! The more T.R.A.I.L. tickets earned means more chances for students to win!

Coins and Cards for Clay
'Atta Way, Clay!
Clay is a kind, yet feisty 6-year-old Silver Trail student and farm boy who loves animals, tractors, and using his tools to fix things. Over the summer, he was diagnosed with brain cancer and has since endured multiple surgeries and countless medical procedures in SLC, Utah where he’s receiving treatment. Thank you for your support!

How To Participate:
Starting Monday, September 16th, bring in spare change! Have your child collect and bring their coins to class. Another way to show your support is to bring in cards and we’ll send them to Clay!
