Kuna High Mentoring Program for KSD Elementary Students

THE TRIBE
This is a community service program that mentors to elementary school children. Each child that signs up for the program will be assigned a varsity football player as their buddy.
 
BENEFITS OF BEING A PART OF THE TRIBE:
• The pair will exchange letters weekly (pen pals), discussing school, family, football, practice, etc.
• Kids & athletes are also encouraged to send goody bags (snacks, candy, etc.)
• The kids will run through the tunnel on Game Days
• Team Nights with the varsity team
• The kids will stand with their buddy for the national anthem
• Varsity athletes will be encouraged to attend their buddy's events (football games, recitals, show support)
• There will be a Tribe meet & greet with the kids so that they know who their kid is and where they can play games, talk, etc.
